From a brand perspective, I think it's important to shape the experience, to the degree possible – i.e. a sort of importance weighting of different reputation objects (blogs, twitter, yelp, etc). And my blog is where I want people to begin to get to know me. Once Friendfeed has a less hideous blog widget, I'll use it to pull in my other streams.

That said, always looking for something better and the SMB angle is really insightful.
