I love Twitter as both a personal tool and a business tool. It is hard to explain to those that don’t use it. As a business tool, most people look at it the same way that they looked at IM 8 or 9 years ago and probably email before that. Last night, I came across this great Slideshare featuring Twitter as a business tool. Hopefully this opens some eyes.
