24 Has Jumped
It's official. This season has been a bit weak to begin with, but it was forgivable (what happened to Jacks dad?), because Jack is so B-A-D.
I know that product tie-ins are inevitable. The one that 24 has done with Ford & Toyota is fairly tolerable. Everyone knows that good guys use Macs. But the Degree deodorant tie-in has gone too far.
Everyone knows that Jack doesn't have bodily functions. Jack doesn't pee, poop, shower, sleep or eat. Jack doesn't need deodorant. If Jack Bauer sweats, it rolls off his brow and kills terrorists.
